Whats the opportunity
Our Implementation team is responsible for creating the best customer experience through onboarding educating and growing our customers on a global level. We start to work the moment a customer decides they want to use Multiplier sticking with them every step of the way to ensure they get the most value from our product.
What youll do:
- Build trusted relationships with our customers through consultative solutioning ensuring that our customers achieve their talent and business objectives through Multiplier
- Schedule and conduct kickoff calls with new clients to understand their specific needs and goals
- Develop and deliver comprehensive platform training sessions to ensure clients have a solid understanding of our platforms features and functionalities
- Partner closely with internal teams including Sales Product Operations and Engineering to deliver the best client onboarding experience
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns that clients may encounter
- Be the voice of our customers to our internal team synthesising feedback received and offering informed opinions and solutions to help shape our product roadmap
Youll be successful if:
- You are customer obsessed always putting our customers first and being there for them every step of the way
- You are experienced in building and nurturing customer relationships ensuring to meet customer and business goals
- You are able to explain complex topics in easy and concise language and have excellent communication and writing skills
- You are organised detailoriented are able to prioritise and perform well under pressure helping you to stay on top of a larger book of customers
- You have a positive attitude are selfmotivated and resilient adapting easily to change in our highgrowth startup environment
- Previous experience of working in customer success/service a background at a HR SaaS company or experience in working remotely are all a plus!
- You have prior Implementation experience in EOR industry
