We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AI and LLMOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for using various programming algorithms to build test and deploy AI models. This role involves coordinating with team members managing the AI development process and creating the overall infrastructure of our products. The Lead AI and LLMOps Engineer will also automate infrastructure develop data transformation and ingestion systems and build predictive AI models. Additionally the candidate will enhance data integration and retrieval through RAG development vector databases knowledge graphs and semantic data models.

Key Responsibilities:
- AI Model Development: Utilize programming algorithms to build test and deploy AI models.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.
- Process Management: Create and manage the AI development process and overall infrastructure of products.
- Infrastructure Automation: Automate critical infrastructure for the data science team.
- Data Transformation: Develop infrastructures for data transformation and ingestion.
- Predictive Modeling: Build AI models that make predictions based on large quantities of data.
- Data Integration and Retrieval: Enhance data integration and retrieval through RAG development vector databases knowledge graphs and semantic data models.
- Communication: Explain the usefulness of AI models to a wide range of individuals within the organization including collaborators and product managers.
- API Development: Transform machine learning models into APIs to interact with other applications.
Impact Youll Make:
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 57 years of experience in AI engineering with a focus on LLMOps and MLOps.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python Java or R.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS Google Cloud or Azure.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Expertise in RAG development vector databases knowledge graphs and semantic data models.
- Experience in LLM finetuning.
- Extensive experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and clients.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- ProblemSolving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as inperson at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
