Business Analyst RPA

• 8 years of experience in Automation
  
• 6 years of experience as an RPA business analyst
  

Responsibilities:

• Capture validate and document business and system requirements in line with key strategic principles
  
• Interact with customers key stakeholders and the team to obtain and document functional and nonfunctional needs
  
• Analyze existing system documentation to summarize existing system functionality
  
• Support the identification of team priorities based on feedback from customers and key stakeholders
  

Skills:

• Hold an appropriate business analyst certification (e.g. BAX CPRE CBAP)
  
• Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work
  
• Good understanding of Agile values principles and methodologies
  
• Experience working within an Agile environment
  
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly
  
• Preferred: Previous experience in automation on Workday and ServiceNow integration
  

• Business analyst certification (BAX CPRE CBAP)
  
• 8 years of experience in Automation
