Job Title: US Customer Collections Executive
Location: Pune India
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: Up to 8 LPA
Education: Graduate (Any Discipline)
Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced US Customer Collections Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in US collections excellent communication skills and a strong track record of recovering outstanding dues while maintaining positive customer relationships. This is a night shift role aligned to US time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers in the US to collect outstanding payments on pastdue accounts.
Review and analyze accounts to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
Maintain accurate records of collection efforts in the CRM or collections system.
Handle customer objections disputes and negotiate payment arrangements professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams (finance billing support) to resolve customer queries.
Meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly collection targets and KPIs.
Follow compliance and regulatory guidelines related to US collections (FDCPA etc.).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
3 to 5 years of experience in US customer collections.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience working with collections software and CRM tools.
Good negotiation and conflictresolution skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Willingness to work night shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B or healthcare collections is a plus.
Knowledge of FDCPA or similar US collection regulations.
