The Role
This role focuses on optimizing internal processes ensuring smooth execution of operational tasks and minimizing dependencies across teams. The ideal candidate is detailoriented processdriven and organized with experience in managing structured workflows tracking key updates and improving operational execution.
Responsibilities
- Data Management Organize clean and analyze product data for insights.
- Process Optimization Streamline workflows to improve efficiency.
- Documentation Maintain clear internal guides and product updates.
- Tool Management Configure and manage internal product tools.
- CrossTeam Coordination Work with Product Engineering and Customer teams to improve execution.
- Automation Reduce manual work by implementing automation where possible.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in product operations business operations or workflow/process management.
- Proficiency in Excel (working with data organizing reports and using formulas).
- Strong organizational and process execution skills.
- Ability to manage updates execution and operational changes with minimal dependencies.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools for improving efficiency and automating simple tasks.
