About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced communications professional to join our Corporate Communications team as a Senior Associate. This role is central to shaping how our brand is perceived both internally and externally. You will craft compelling narratives drive strategic branding campaigns and build meaningful engagement across key platforms such as Glassdoor LinkedIn and media outlets. Your work will support organizational objectives by amplifying our voice managing reputation and strengthening our employer brand presence in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Branding & Campaigns
    • Conceptualize design and execute internal and external branding campaigns in alignment with corporate guidelines.
    • Develop content and messaging to enhance brand visibility on platforms like LinkedIn Glassdoor and industry publications.
  • Reputation Management
    • Monitor and manage brand perception across online platforms such as Glassdoor and social listening tools.
    • Tailor strategies to address feedback and maintain a positive employer image.
  • Media Relations & PR
    • Build strong relationships with key media outlets journalists and industry spokespeople.
    • Distribute press releases pitch stories proactively and manage media interactions during major announcements or crises.
    • Track media coverage and derive insights to optimize communication strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Partner with HR and leadership teams to identify award opportunities and manage nominations for industry technology and corporate accolades.
    • Support crossfunctional communication initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Employer Branding
    • Develop initiatives that promote our organizational culture and values to current and potential employees via LinkedIn company career pages and external media.
    • Contribute to the enhancement of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Industry & Market Insights
    • Provide regular updates and insights on market trends media landscape and communication best practices to relevant internal stakeholders.


Requirements

  • Education: MBA in Marketing or a degree in Media/Communications is mandatory.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in Corporate Communications Media Relations Public Relations Branding and Reputation Management.
    • Strong background in managing employer branding initiatives across platforms like Glassdoor LinkedIn and industry publications.
    • Prior experience working with or in a communications/PR agency is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written verbal and presentation skills.
    • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
    • Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable communication strategies.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a keen sense for building networks and media relationships.
    • Business acumen to represent PR functions at senior leadership levels.
