Job Opportunity: Regional Sales Manager
Locations: Mumbai Pune Bangalore
Experience: 5 years
Reports to: Regional Director – Enterprise Sales

About the Role:

A fastgrowing company in the cybersecurity and advanced tech solutions domain is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive its growth in the enterprise sector. This strategic role is ideal for someone with a strong background in technology SaaS and cybersecurity sales who excels in executivelevel engagement and managing large enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets and expand the enterprise customer base.

Build and nurture longterm relationships with key accounts and decisionmakers.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders including CxOs offering tailored insights and solutions.

Deliver persuasive presentations and demos that highlight solution value.

Analyze market trends and customer needs to position offerings effectively.

Work crossfunctionally with marketing and engineering to align solutions with market demand.

Navigate complex sales cycles and communicate value using TCO and ROI metrics.

Maintain indepth knowledge of products and services to maximize all sales opportunities.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise sales within technology SaaS cybersecurity or related sectors.

Proven success in managing executivelevel relationships and partnerships.

Strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to simplify complex information.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fastpaced environment.

Ability to identify and align customer pain points with tailored business solutions.

Professional demeanor with high interpersonal and consultative abilities.

Fluent in English with a humble and peoplecentric approach.
