Summary:
As a Principal AI Researcher at Coupang you will leverage AI tools to map and source top Tech Executive Talent in the global market. This role involves developing and executing sourcing strategies for senior leadership positions identifying candidates and building talent pools with highpotential individuals to support Coupangs growth in the ecommerce industry.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with tech executive recruiters and hiring managers to create and implement sourcing strategies for identifying future technology leaders at Coupang.
- Source and approach executivelevel candidates independently converting prospects into candidates for active roles.
- Develop a deep understanding of the ecommerce and tech industries with a focus on the APAC region.
- Build strong relationships with tech executive recruiters and senior business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with tech executive recruiters to provide a consultative approach to sourcing and talent pipeline development.
- Assess candidates for qualification matches cultural fit and compatibility.
- Track project milestones and timelines adjusting plans as needed to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of recruitment or businessrelated experience with at least 4 years of executive sourcing experience in a resultsoriented environment.
- Proven experience sourcing technology leaders within a technology or highgrowth company is highly preferred.
- Customeroriented with strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to sell the Coupang proposition to executivelevel candidates internationally. Fluency in English is essential.
- Highly analytical with a strong understanding of AI sourcing tools and expertise in building complex Boolean searches.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
