Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experiencedSalesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) LeadDeveloperto join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inSFCCdevelopment with a minimum of 3 years of handson experience 5 years of Salesforce platform expertise and a total of 7 years of industry experience. This role involves designing developing and delivering worldclass ecommerce solutions mentoring team members and driving technical excellence in projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development & Implementation:
- Leadthe endtoend development of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) solutions including architecture customizations integrations and maintenance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design scalable and maintainable ecommerce solutions.
- Implement and enhance storefront features including catalogs checkout flows promotions and personalized experiences.
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams ensuring best practices inSFCCand Salesforce implementations.
- Perform code reviews enforce quality standards and optimize performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Partner with other Salesforce teams (Sales Cloud Service Cloud) for seamless integration and system alignment.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on the latestSFCCand Salesforce developments and industry trends.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 3 years of handson Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) development experience.
- 5 years of overall Salesforce platform experience.
- 7 years of total professional experience in software development.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency inSFCCframeworks including ISML templates pipelines and scripts.
- Expertise in SFRA (Storefront Reference Architecture).
- Strong understanding of JavaScript HTML CSS and serverside JavaScript.
- Experience withSFCCBusiness Manager configurations catalogs promotions and pricing.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs SOAP and integrations with thirdparty services.
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g. Git).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to leadand mentor teams effectively.
