Main Purpose:
- To provide technical promotion/ support for products represented & distributed by Unified to our clients
- To create value for Unified Product Basket with the objective of increasing market share and revenue in your defined territory.
Reporting To:FAE Manager
Key responsibilities:
- Support Unified Business through prospecting qualification and product designin designWin and Production Win efforts to drive sales growth.
- Create and manage the accounts for demand creation activity in the region for Industrial/Defense Accounts.
- Provide technical support to identify new applications understand ongoing projects and make product/Solution recommendations.
- Support the clientele with technical details and product samples for DWIN activities.
- Should be able to interact diagnose and troubleshoot with Design (R&D) and Product Engineering and support technical and operational issues or customerreported complaints in a timely manner.
- Participate in training and sales meets with OEMs regard to demand creation.
- Organizing joint visits with OEMs and customers
- Should organize the training webinars and Tech days for customers.
- Work with the sales team in response to NBOs progress on the project.
- Should be supportive of the branch offices priorities and requirements.
- Develop relationships within target companies through cold calls site visits and leveraging existing networking relationships.
- Should strive to be a regional subject matter expert on Unified Products and domains.
- Prepare and present technical demos and Benchmarking exercises when necessary.
- Own the technical response to customer RFQs.
- Update customers on new product information & record response.
- Call end users visit Key accounts/customers to understand needs & complaints provide technical information & support & suggestion solution and prepare proposals to meet needs and overcome objections.
- Qualify opportunities and close the sale.
- Record and maintain updated information in companies CRM system (Zoho).
- Travel 50% 70% of your office time.
Qualifications/ Skills:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent (Bachelors/BTech in Electronics / Electronics & Communications Engg/ Instrumentation)
- Minimum of 24 years experience in technical marketing.
- Meeting new people and building connect with them.
