As an Executive in Human Resources Shared Services you willbe responsible formanaging and supporting various HR functions andprocessespreferably fromIT/ITES sector.
Your role will involve ensuring efficient HR operationsmaintainingemployee records and providing support to employees and management throughout the employee lifecycle
Employee Data Management:
Assistemployees with updating personal information such as contact details emergency contacts and bank information.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in HR databases.
Final Payroll and Benefits:
Process final payroll and ensure all outstanding payments are made.
Assistdepartingemployees with questionsregardingtheir final paycheck and benefits.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with legal requirements for severance and other exitrelated matters.
HR Operations:
Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
Address employee inquiriesregardingHR policies benefits and procedures.
Assistin the administration of employee benefits programs.
Support payroll processing by ensuringaccuratedata entry andtimelysubmission of payroll information.
Offboarding:
Manage the offboarding process including exit interviews and the collection of company property.
Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed fordepartingemployees.
Update HR databases to reflect employee departures.
Coordinate with IT to revoke access to company systems and tools.
Final Payroll and Benefits:
Process final payroll and ensure all outstanding payments are made.
Assistdepartingemployees with questionsregardingtheir final paycheck and benefits.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with legal requirements for severance and other exitrelated matters.
Address employee inquiries related to payroll including salary discrepancies tax deductions and payment schedules.
Provide support in resolving payrollrelated issues and ensuretimelycommunication with the payroll team.
Benefits Administration& Support:
Manage the administration of employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and other benefits.
Ensuretimelyandaccurateprocessing of benefitsrelated paperwork.
Coordinate with insurance providers to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Assistemployees in filing medical insurance claims and provide guidance on the claims process.
Follow up with insurance providers to ensure claims are processed efficiently.
Maintain records of claims and benefitsutilization.
Address employee inquiries related to medical insurance coverage claims and benefits.
Provide information andassistanceon how to access andutilizemedical insurance benefits.
Assistemployees with the enrollment process for medical insurance and other benefits.
Leave Management:
Handle employee queriesregardingleave policies leave balances and the leave application process.
Assistemployees in applying forvarious typesof leave and ensureaccuraterecordkeeping.
Performance Management:
Respond to employee questions about performance appraisal processes timelines and criteria.
Provide guidance on setting performance goals and preparing for performance reviews.
Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure all exitrelated documentation is properly filed andmaintained.
Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies during the exit process.
Update HR policies and procedures based on feedback from exit interviews.
Qualifications
Mastersdegreein Human Resources Management or a related field.
2 years of experience in Human Resources Shared Servicesor a related field preferably in theIT/ITES sector.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
Proficiencyin HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability tomaintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information.
