As an Oncology Sales Representative on the Womens Cancer Team you will play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to positively impact patients lives.
AstraZenecas vision in Oncology is to help patients by redefining the cancertreatment paradigm aiming to bring six new cancer medicines to patients between 2013 and 2020. Our broad pipeline of nextgeneration medicines focuses primarily on breast ovarian lung and hematological cancers. These are targeted through four key platforms: immunotherapy genetic drivers of cancer and resistance DNA damage repair and antibody drug conjugates supported by personalized healthcare and biomarker technologies.
Accountabilities
Sell maintain and document all sales activities for the AstraZeneca Oncology portfolio of products to physicians in hospital settings within a defined geographic territory.
Collaborate with Sales Managers and parallel MSD team members to develop and direct sales strategies at key accounts assigned in the territory.
Position AstraZeneca as a leader in Oncology commitment by developing longterm relationships with Key Customers and maintaining a high level of clinical expertise using all available medical information resources.
Develop and implement clinical sales presentations to groups of healthcare personnel.
Maximize key physician contact by networking within accounts and at all medical meetings.
Essential Skills/Experience
Bachelors degree (Biology/Life science etc)
At least threefour years as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
Experience selling and knowledge of Oncology products or diseases preferred
History of building customer relationships and goal achievement
Demonstrated clinical selling skills and business acumen in complex selling environment
Fluent in English
A valid drivers license and safe driving record
Team player and flexibility
