Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior brokers in managing and developing relationships with clients and ship owners
- Conduct market research and analysis on chemical tanker freight rates and industry trends
- Support the negotiation and drafting of chartering contracts
- Coordinate communication between ship owners charterers and agents
- Develop and maintain uptodate market knowledge for chemical tanker operations
- Assist with administrative tasks and general office support as required
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in Maritime Studies Shipping or related fields
- Strong interest in the chemical tanker sector and the maritime industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a teamoriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
