Job Description
As part of the Capability Network we are responsible for delivering and maintaining the network infrastructure componentssuch as routers switches WLAN access points and firewallsacross office locations data centers and central services (DNS DHCP Radius Internet Connect etc.). Additionally we provide companywide communication services on a global scale. The availability and reliability of these essential services are critical to all employees within the Deutsche Telekom Group.
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable professional to join our team and help ensure continued excellence in our network services.
Your Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of highperformance scalable complex and distributed network systems
- Automate recurring tasks and support configuration management to improve network agility and operational efficiency
- Help ensure that core network services remain robust futureproof and highperforming
- Design and implement simple effective solutions for complex technical challenges
- Continuously improve system architecture processes and overall service quality
- Conduct root cause analysis for faults and performance issues
- Actively contribute to internal knowledge bases and support documentation

Your Profile
You bring with you:
- A strong understanding of networking principles and enthusiasm for emerging technologies and innovative processes
- The ability to define prioritize and manage service features and enablers
- A commitment to maintaining high service quality and operational stability
- Awareness of the skills and competencies required for the development and operation of modern network services
- A collaborative approach and willingness to actively contribute to crossfunctional teamwork within the Hub

Your Technical Skills (Automation/DevOps):
- Solid knowledge of data structures algorithms objectoriented design and serviceoriented architectures (SOA)
- Indepth understanding of core network services including DHCP DNS NTP Syslog and Radius
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and their integration into systems
- Practical experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud AWS or similar
Language Requirements:
- German: B2 level or higher
- English: B1 level or higher
