About BYD Auto Hungary
On 22 December 2023 BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged Hungary which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a worldleading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities:
- Oversee project followup during the industrial park construction phase participating in project initiation planning & design schedule development construction acceptance and handover.
- Drive project execution to ensure departments adhere to timelines funding plans and quality standards.
- Monitor construction progress prepare visual progress updates and provide regular reports.
- Identify and prioritize key challenges major design changes and critical milestones in construction; promptly report updates to leadership.
- Track risks and anomalies coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues and ensure followthrough.
- Coordinate internal/external resources conduct risk identification mitigation and response to ensure onschedule project delivery.
- Provide support for project acceptance processes (e.g. final inspections documentation review).
Requirement:
- Proficient in Hungarian and English; Chinese language proficiency is preferred.
- Major in architecture or related majors;
- Strong project management capabilities and crosscultural communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in working with an international team
