Job Description
As Rituals Store Manager make the shop a place where your team loves to be where together you will provide a memorable experience for customers.
In this role you will also be responsible for:
- Working with the Area Manager to increase sales and KPIs.
- Developing monthly plans based on productivity targets.
- Ensuring excellent shop administration (controlling checkout staff absence staff time stocking health and safety shop maintenance) managing shop budgets (including spend productivity) and updating financial performance records.
- Managing merchandise and daytoday operations including ensuring adherence to stocking and housekeeping standards in the store and sales floor.
- Nurturing employee wellbeing and engagement through regular 1on1 meetings establishing genuine relationships with the team. Organising meetings for integration celebrating successes and reflecting on areas for development.

Qualifications :
As a Store Manager you inspire your team and together you achieve the shops goals for customer service satisfaction and sales. You consciously appreciate the importance of excellent customer service and want to act as a mentor sharing your knowledge and leading by example.
In addition you possess:
- At least 3 years experience as a Store Manager in the retail industry.
- People management skills (e.g. communication motivation coaching networking inspiring).
- Experience in sharing knowledge to develop others.
- Decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
