Role:
Coach is a fulltime role responsible for designing and delivering impactful learning experiences through various formats including presentations recorded videos webinars podcasts and live training sessions. The role requires a deep understanding of adult learning principles strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different learner needs and business contexts.
This role serves as a coach and mentor to learners helping them develop specific skills and competencies through guided facilitation active listening and personalized support.
Core Competencies:
- Facilitation Skills: able to lead interactive learning sessions; skilled in managing group dynamics and encouraging participation; proficient in using techniques such as breakout rooms role plays guided discussions and reflection exercises.
- Coaching Skills: listens actively asks powerful questions and creates an atmosphere where learners are willing to grow.
- Instructional Design and Content Development: designs educational presentations that are visually appealing structured and purposedriven; understands how to translate complex topics into accessible learnerfriendly content; comfortable with creating surveys and quizzes; understands or willing to learn about Instructional Design and other L&D techniques.
- Digital Literacy: comfortable with elearning tools (e.g. Canva); comfortable with video editing and screen recording tools for producing ondemand learning materials.
- Communication Skills: delivers information clearly confidently and empathetically; adapts tone and language to suit the audience and learning contexts; provides timely actionable feedback in both group and individual settings.
- Emotional Intelligence Skills: demonstrates empathy patience and industry sensitivity in interactions; builds rapport quickly and fosters psychological safety in learning spaces; uses respectful language with learners; patient with learners. Open to receive feedback as an opportunity to grow and make trainings topnotch.
- Organizational Skills: consistency adaptability time management meeting deadlines planing skills documentation and reporting maintenance.
- Language Proficiency: B2.
- Current Grade as a Supply Expert: Middle.
- Will be a plus: Conducting coaching sessions for Supply Experts for 3 months.

Responsibilities:
Facilitation & Coaching:
- Conduct engaging training sessions workshops and group & 11 coaching sessions in English.
- Apply coaching methodologies to support learner development and behavior change.
- Foster interactive learnercentered and safe environment that promotes participation and reflection without judgement.
- Conduct role plays simulation chat and audio calls reflective practice and mystery shopping.
Instructional Design & Content Creation:
- Develop clear structured visually appealing and purposedriven educational presentations in English aligned with learning objectives and according to the defined course structure.
- Translate complex topics into accessible learnerfriendly content.
- Script design and record & edit training videos tutorials and podcasts for selfpaced learning and microlearning according to defined training methodologies (Instructional Design adult learning principles etc.).
- Ensure all materials reflect the needs of Business Users Brand and Supply Experts.
Training Organization:
- Plan and manage multiple training initiatives deadlines and deliverables.
- Conduct pretraining assessments to identify learning gaps and goals.
- Coordinate stakeholders and resources to execute webinars and coaching sessions smoothly.
- Create and conduct surveys quizzes and other assessments types.
- Maintain documentation and reporting related to learning activities.
- Monitor attendance gather feedback and adjust delivery methods accordingly (with the help of Education Specialists).
Learner Support & Engagement:
- Provide individual and group training sessions to reinforce learning and performance goals.
- Repeating information and overexplaining where needed with patience and without judgement.
- Address questions provide feedback and guide learners toward skill mastery.
- Follow up on learning progress and offer additional resources as needed.
Continuous Improvement & Feedback Integration:
- Analyze feedback and learning outcomes to refine training programs and materials.
- Stay uptodate with learning technologies facilitation trends and coaching practices.
- Constantly aim to improve personal facilitation & coaching skills to ensure effective training delivery.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by sharing best practices and resources.
- Continuously look for opportunities to enhance Supply Experts expertise and act as a proactive professional.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication:
- Collaborate closely with Education Operations Lead to ensure alignment with the Business goals as well as the needs of Users Brand and Supply Experts.
- Work closely with Education Operations Supply Operations and Quality Control teams.
- Communicate progress challenges and outcomes of training initiatives to key stakeholders.
