Customer Service Agent

About the role

The Customer Service Agent plays a critical role in supporting customers in the Consumer Health Care sector by ensuring order accuracy timely delivery and effective resolution of inquiries and issues. This role requires close coordination with internal teams such as Sales Supply Chain and Logistics to deliver excellent customer satisfaction in a fastpaced environment.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer orders are processed in a timely and efficient manner (placing orders to the SAP system sending the order to the warehouse for realization).

  • Manage endtoend order processing (OTC: Order to Cash) from order entry to delivery and invoicing.

  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status stock availability and delivery timelines.

  • Handle complaints product returns and service issues with a solutionoriented mindset.

  • Collaborate with commercial supply planning and warehouse teams to ensure seamless execution.

  • Monitor and report KPIs such as OTIF (OnTime InFull) order cycle time and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain and update customer master data and check pricing is correct in SAP system.

  • Support the implementation of promotions product launches and seasonal campaigns

  • Assist with process improvements and customer service initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and quality standards.

Why you

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 3 years experience in similar position.

  • Fluent Greek and English language knowledge.

  • Service focused and strong customer orientation. Good understanding of Pharmacy industry or FMCG environment.

  • Good Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ERP competency SAP knowledge is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and use initiative along with problem solving abilitie.

  • Ability to build strong effective relationships with all stakeholders customers as well as internal stakeholders.
