As a Jr. Key Account Manager you will be responsible for developing and successfully implementing the New Channels commercial plan strengthen and expand Mondelz s position within the assigned customers and continuously bringing new customers covering white spaces.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Be Accountable for maintaining and developing strategic growth plans based on market segmentation with a focus on white spaces with potential.
  • Create & Develop Customer Business Plans colead the negotiations and complete annual agreements.
  • Build collaborative business relationships with internal (Marketing Trade Marketing CS&L Finance) & external stakeholders.
  • Support the Team with focused sales effort against key commercial priorities.
  • Apply Perfect Store mentality adjusted per segment.
  • Manage the customer relationship effectively via portfolio management listings distribution activation based on ROI penetration awareness.
  • Carry out comprehensive and timely analysis of business performance for all customers in your portfolio and take corrective action to ensure delivery of agreed annual KPIs.

What you will bring

Strong analytical organizational planning skills in a fastpaced environment. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.

Agile results oriented problem solving setting priorities and positive attitude.

Very good negotiation skills.

Great communication and presentation skills.

College or University degree. Masters degree is a plus.

Sales Background at least 3 years preferably in FMCG sector at Field Sales or Key Account Management. Experience at New / Special Channels is a plus.

Fluency in English & Greek.

Advanced MS Office skills (Excel Word PowerPoint)
