Location: Athens Greece
Language Requirement: English (C1 level)
Job Type: Fulltime Permanent
Schedule: 40h/week Rotating shifts 2 days off

Job Description:
Were looking for Englishspeaking Customer Support Representatives currently residing in Greece to join a leading global company in Athens. Youll handle inbound customer inquiries provide product and service support and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests via phone chat and email
- Offer solutions and resolve issues in a timely empathetic manner
- Record and update customer data in the CRM system
- Work as part of a multicultural team in a fastpaced environment

Candidate Profile:
- Must already be based in Greece
- Fluency in English (C1 level minimum)
