Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our team in Craigavon. This role will be site based 5 days per week and willhold overall responsibility and accountability to provide an excellent level of administrative service ensuring all administration activities are provided in a timely and efficient manner. This is a busy and varied role where you will need to be able to build relationships with employees and managers across the business.
What Youll Need
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role with some understanding of HR Procedures and Best Practices
- Awareness of confidentiality and handling confidential information securely
- Strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook Office as well as good telephone manner.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent verbal written and numeracy skills.
- Excellent organisational skills including the ability to manage time and prioritise effectively.
- An ability to work independently and on your own initiative within specified guidelines or processes.
- Welldeveloped interpersonal skills and able to deal with colleagues at all levels.
- An ability to work appropriately with confidential and sensitive information.
