An exciting Term Time Only Monday to Friday Only opportunity has come up for a Food Service Assistant to join the Holroyd Howe Catering Team at RGS Prep in Guildford!
RGS Prep Guildford are looking for staff 9am3pm Monday to Friday this position is Term Time only plus 4 weeks 40 weeks working per year (176 days working). This position offers a fantastic work life balance weekly no Bank Holidays require working and you will also have the whole of the Christmas period not returning until the New Year.
This role is only suitable for applicants able to commit to the hours and days stated in the advert.
The hourly rate is 13.21 per hour and this is then calculated pro rata to give equal monthly payments throughout the year which include holiday pay.
The essential ingredient at the heart of our business is our people so we are searching for a Food Service Assistant a background in food catering services would be desirable but not necessary as full training is given to join our business and work at one of our highly prestigious education settings.

As a Food Service Assistant you will
As well as having an excellent presentation organisational and communication skills you will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food & service and possess bags of enthusiasm.
- Ideally have experience working within Education catering
- Have good Health & Safety knowledge
- Flexible with a cando attitude customer focused
- Fun and enthusiastic
- Have excellent organization skills
- Demonstrate great attention to detail
- Be a team player and enjoy succeeding as a team
- Possess great customer service skills
