The Role
Were urgently looking for a handson creative Graphic Designer to join our fastmoving team in Southampton. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and being part of a growing energetic environment.
Youll be part of a small fastpaced design and production team helping to bring creative ideas to life. While your core focus will be design youll also be working closely with different parts of the business contributing to realworld outputs from day one. This is a practical handson role that suits someone who enjoys making things happen not just making things look good.
Fulltime onsite for the first 12 months
Urgent hire Start date: 1st June
Key Responsibilities:
Creating simple clean visual assets aligned with brand guidelines
Supporting daytoday design needs across the business
Collaborating closely with teams across marketing operations and more
Preparing design files for print or digital formats
Working onsite with the team 5 days a week (initial 12 months)
Qualifications:
A portfolio that shows good visual judgment and design fundamentals
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator InDesign Figma)
Attention to detail and an eagerness to get stuck in wherever needed
A cando attitude and willingness to work in a dynamic team environment
Happy to be onsite in Southampton fulltime especially in the early phase
