Learning Disabilities & Autism Service Building Lives of Independence and WellBeing
Join our dynamic Learning Disabilities & Autism Service where youll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our service. Located in Chippenham this position caters to the North region of the county.

As a Level 2 Social Worker youll be an essential member of our evolving multidisciplinary team developing a service that puts the customer at the centre of everything we do. Your role will require you to have effective communication and the ability to craft assessments and reviews that are timely proportionate and person centred. Guided by your supervisor youll play a key role in enabling our customers to live independently.
Your expertise should cover current legislation and guidance related to vulnerable adults along with a solid understanding of Health & Social Care legislation in a broader policy context.
Social Work England registration is a requirement for this role or we would be happy to accept applications from students due to qualify in summer 2025.
