About the role
The GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey and were looking for a Warehouse Operative to be part of our vibrant founderled company. This role is situated at the heart of our operations ensuring customer orders are picked packed and shipped with precision. Youll keep things moving smoothly maintain product quality and help uphold our reputation for toptier service.
What Youll Do:
Pick & Pack Accurately select and package products following quality standards and customer requirements.
Use Equipment Operate scanners to track products and orders.
Hit Goals Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets.
Communicate & Collaborate Provide clear feedback and work with the team to solve challenges.
Adapt & Assist Take on additional tasks as needed to keep operations running efficiently.
This role is based in ShorehambySea 5 days a week 8am4pm.
About you:
Youll be a team player enjoy exceeding targets and feel confident to contribute your ideas to continuously improve the warehouse operations. Due to the nature of this position please be aware it requires the capability to stand walk reach and lift repeatedly throughout the shift to fulfil customer orders.
Youll also need the ability to work assigned shifts including required overtime (this may include evenings and weekends). Capable of standing walking reaching and lifting repeatedly throughout the shift.
