Job Description
Job Title: Social Worker Family Safeguarding
Location: Fleetwood/Fylde and Wyre
Pay Rate: 40/per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Social Worker Family Safeguarding to join our client. We are recruiting social workers to become part of a Family Safeguarding team based in Fleetwood/Fylde and Wyre. This role involves working closely with families to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children providing essential support and intervention to address safeguarding concerns.
Additional Information:It would be beneficial if the candidate lives within a reasonable distance from Fleetwood/Fylde and Wyre as whilst hybrid working is available there is an expectation of regular working from the office bases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and intervention to families to address safeguarding concerns
- Ensure childcentred decisionmaking processes
- Manage a diverse and complex caseload effectively
- Maintain a strong focus on safeguarding and child protection
- Collaborate with other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for children

Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with at least 2 years postqualified experience
- Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding
- Experience in family safeguarding
- Ability to manage a diverse and complex caseload
- Excellent communication and decisionmaking skills
- Commitment to childcentred practice
