You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join TasNetworks in this newly created role of Business Performance Lead working across the Operations Group at TasNetworks primarily driving continuous improvement reporting and governance.
The Operations Group provides the full end to end value chain for the delivery of TasNetworks services. This includes engineering asset management planning and design works delivery field operations and network operations and planning. In addition major transmission projects are part of the Executive Operations remit.

The Business Performance Lead is a pivotal role within the business defining measuring and tracking key performance metrics ensuring endtoend visibility of programs and projects to a diverse range of stakeholders.
The role will also see you develop and embed Portfolio and Project Management governance across the Operations Group.
To be successful in this role youll have extensive experience in a similar role and hold a bachelors degree in commerce business or other related professional competence and experience coupled with a proven track record of effective leadership capabilities.
An in depth understanding of and experience in imbedding continuous improvement and change management is essential to the success of this role.
