Job Description
The Role
The Bath Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the implementation of the Bath Plan leading the bath crew and Wellboat operations. This position requires strong leadership decisionmaking and a proactive approach to managing environmental and operational challenges.
- Lead and coordinate bath crew activities ensuring seamless execution of bathing and livestock management.
- Monitor and respond to weather conditions equipment breakdowns and unforeseen challenges with contingency measures.
- Ensure fish health by overseeing bathing treatments and transfers reporting concerns promptly.
- Maintain equipment and coordinate upkeep of vessels liners and oxygen systems.
- Mentor and develop the team through coaching training and performance management.
About you
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership problemsolving skills and adaptability to this dynamic role. Essential requirements include Coxswain 2 a current drivers licence and:
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams fostering a culture of accountability.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders.
