Job Description

Tasks
You already know the tasks required as you are an experienced recruitment consultant but hear is what is required
- From Day 1 you will be expected to utilise your sales and account management skills within the construction sector
- Start pin pointing the clients you would like to work with
- You will be a hunter not a farmer
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment (2 years preferred) with a strong record in managing and growing client accounts
- A resultsdriven proactive approach with the ability to own and grow a recruitment desk
- Exceptional communication organisation and interpersonal skills
- Highlevel candidate sourcing headhunting and networking skills
- Strong IT literacy confident using CRM systems job boards and Microsoft Office
- Commercially savvy and highly responsive to client and candidate needs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a highperformance environment
- A polished professional manner with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service
