Job Description
Legal & General are recruiting! Join our dynamic Group Finance Change & Delivery team as a PMO Analyst on a 12 month fixedterm contract. As a PMO Analyst you will play a crucial role in supporting our PMO Leadership Team ensuring effective governance and processes for our projects and changes.
What youll be doing:
- Supporting the PMO Leadership Team with the development implementation and embedding of governance and processes for agreed projects and changes
- Tracking and reporting project spend and investment approvals
- Ensuring the delivery status of projects is accurately represented
- Implementing and maintaining controls across the project portfolio
- Delivering effective analysis of data to identify themes and areas for improvement
- Gathering information to produce clear consistent MI for Senior Management meetings
- Working closely with stakeholders on resource supply and demand processes
- Leading process improvements and cost reduction efforts
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Experience working within an embedded PMO
- Familiarity with project management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile
- Strong analytical skills with exposure to financial activities
- Excellent organisational skills with proficiency in MS Project Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to influence and communicate with senior leaders
- Proactive approach to reviewing and improving existing processes
- P3O or equivalent Change Management qualification preferred but not essential
