Job Description:
Merkle is a dynamic and fastgrowing organization with over 4000 team members across Europe. This position is based in our vibrant Barcelona office and plays a key role in supporting our European operations.
As part of the European team youll collaborate closely with the rest of EMEA locations. Youll also provide highlevel administrative support to the members of the Merkle EMEA Executive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive support to the CFO in EMEA and the CEO in Spain covering the following:
- Agenda / calendar management and coordination
- Travel and expense management
- Meeting attendance and support
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external queriesscreen redirect and follow up as needed.
- Prepare a variety of business documents including correspondence reports presentations agendas and meeting minutes using standard software tools.
- Lead and support the office management team in Barcelona (Office Manager and receptionist).
- Coordinate and lead events in related to the office location
- Support the development and implementation of administrative standards policies and best practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments and levels to ensure seamless office operations.
What Were Looking For
- 3 4 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish both written and spoken.
- A proactive approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Office 365.
- Confidence in building and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
