Job Description

Were looking for a passionate Social Media Customer Support Associate to join our team in Tallinn.

Your Mission:

  • Create a wonderful customer experience for our Englishspeaking customers across all social media platforms understanding that resolving their issues is critical to our success.
  • Be creative friendly and solutionoriented with both customers and colleagues.
  • Stay uptodate on social media processes applications and best practices continuously seeking new ways to improve customer support.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and learning agility embracing change and proactively improving your skills.
  • Go above and beyond to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions to our social media customers.

Qualifications :

  • Must be legally authorised to work in Estonia  we are not offering sponsorship for this role
  • Youre located already in Tallinn Estonia this isnt a remote job
  • Youre ready to work full time (40h per week). This is not a parttime job opportunity and we cannot be flexible with this
  • Are willing to work from the office (please note that during your probation period (4 months) youll need to work in our Tallinn office for 5 days a week).

  • Your verbal and written English skills are excellent.
  • Youre flexible and adaptable open to working days evenings and weekend shifts. While we consider your preferences scheduling may change based on business needs.
  • You thrive in a fastpaced everchanging environment staying cool under pressure and handling challenging situations with confidence.
  • Youre a teamplayer and understand that having a great working culture is everyones responsibility so you treat everyone with respect you always give a helping hand and you let our values guide you. Youre openminded. Youre comfortable and calm when giving or receiving feedback.
  • Youre organized detailoriented and proactive. You take ownership of tasks prioritize effectively and maintain a solutionoriented mindset without needing constant supervision.
  • Youre techsavvy proficient with social media platforms (Facebook X Instagram) and customer support tools.
  • You possess strong interpersonal skills handling difficult customers with professionalism and empathy while maintaining clear and persuasive communication. Additionally youre straight up and honest. Youre able to own up to your mistakes and you follow through when you say you will.
  • Youre a multitasker capable of handling multiple conversations simultaneously without compromising speed or quality.
  • Youre quick behind the keyboard with a typing speed of at least 45 wordsperminute.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM systems and support ticketing tools.
  • Familiarity with social media trends and best practices for customer engagement.
  • Experience in a flexible and adaptable work environment.
  • A problemsolving mindset with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and make decisions independently when possible.
  • Resilience and selfmanagement staying focused and productive in a fasttracked environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning embracing change and proactively improving your skills.

  • Salary for this role is 1825 EUR gross per month
