This is not a Product Owner role focused on backlog management were looking for a true Product Manager who owns the why and what works closely with engineering and design collaborates strongly with stakeholders and leads through product discovery strategy and execution.

Your new dream job
As a Product Manager at Digistore24 youll join one of our crossfunctional product teams and take ownership of a specific product domain. Your mission is to deeply understand our users uncover valuable opportunities and lead your team to deliver meaningful outcomes all in alignment with the companys broader product strategy and business goals.
Heres what youll do:
- Drive outcomes not output: Define and own clear product goals for your domain that support the companys strategic priorities and lead your team to deliver measurable results.
- Lead product discovery: Partner with Design and Engineering to understand user needs explore ideas test assumptions and iterate fast so we build what really matters.
- Own the roadmap for your domain: Shape the roadmap based on user insights strategic impact and technical feasibility and communicate it clearly to stakeholders.
- Collaborate across disciplines: Work closely with Design Engineering and other teams to ensure we deliver highquality intuitive and scalable solutions.
- Engage stakeholders as thought partners: Collaborate closely with marketing support legal and senior management not just to gather input but to align on goals and cocreate solutions. Youll work with stakeholders at eye level grounded in mutual respect and shared ownership of outcomes.

- Youre a strong communicator and facilitator: You can bring clarity to complex problems align diverse stakeholders around shared goals and help teams move forward with focus and purpose.

- you have no experience building customerfacing applications or working closely with Product Designers on UI/UX
- you are uncomfortable with ownership and accountability and prefer being told exactly what to build and how to do it

- you wait for others to set direction this role requires someone who takes initiative and drives progress proactively even in the face of ambiguity

Your typical day at Digistore24
Every day looks a little different but heres how a typical day as a Product Manager at Digistore24 might unfold:
- Start with focus: You begin your day reviewing key metrics and digging into recent shifts in user behavior and feedback looking for signals that might influence upcoming priorities.
- Team sync: You join your crossfunctional teams daily standup. Engineering shares progress and you help resolve a blocker by aligning with a stakeholder on a dependency.
- Deep work & discovery: You block a few hours for discovery analyzing product analytics preparing interview notes or mapping out different approaches to a tricky problem youre trying to solve.
- Stakeholder collaboration: You hop on a call with Support and Legal to bounce around ideas for a new feature. Their insights into operational constraints and edge cases help you shape a more robust solution before bringing it to the team.
- Collaboration & critique: Later you join a working session with your product designer to review early sketches for a new experience. You brainstorm ways to make it simpler and more intuitive.
- Alignment & prioritization: You catch up with your Engineering Manager to discuss tradeoffs and refine the next slice of work. You revisit the roadmap and adjust backlog items to reflect new learnings.
- Stakeholder alignment: In the afternoon you meet with Sales and Marketing to share whats coming next gather feedback on recent launches and make sure everyones in sync.
- Wrap up with clarity: Before finishing your day you document key learnings sketch out next steps and summarize key context for the team helping everyone stay aligned and focused.
- You close your laptop knowing youve moved the product and the team forward.
