As Canadas largest mental health care provider the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) provides evidence to drive system and policy change through the implementation of innovations and novel service delivery interventions. CAMH combines clinical care research education policy development and health promotion to transform the lives of people affected by mental illness and addictions. As Canadas leading mental illness research facility CAMHs Campbell Family Mental Health Research Institute (CFMHRI) is home to scientists staff and research trainees conducting leading research to improve the understanding of the brain and the causes the biomarkers and cures for mental illness as well as research to advance the prevention and treatment for mental illness and addictions across the lifespan. Reporting to the Senior VP Research and Science we are seeking a fulltime permanent Executive Assistant (EA) who will provide senior administrative support on a wide range of confidential organizational projects and issues and proactively enable smooth and effective leadership operations for the Research Institute. The EA will operate as part of the larger team of senior management administrative assistants working closely to ensure coordination of support for special projects and to various committees and the Senior Management Group. The EA will leverage their considerable experience to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment and take leadership on complex assignments.
This position is located at 1001 Queen Street West and 250 College Street with occasional offsite travel as required.
