As a member of our Technology team you will have a real impact in making our clients ambitions a reality! As a Production Application Support Analyst CoOp this is a great opportunity to be a part of an innovationfocused team that is helping to deliver CIBCs digital transformation by providing direct support to CIBC lines of business on the use of internal products and applications. At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Youll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where youll spend 13 days per week onsite while other days will be remote.

- We may ask you to complete an attributebased assessment and other skills tests (such as simulation coding French proficiency MS Office). Our goal for the application process is to get to know more about you all that you have to offer and give you the opportunity to learn more about us.
- You must be currently enrolled in postsecondary education and returning to fulltime studies to be eligible. However you do not need to be in a registered CoOp program to be considered for a role.
- Recruitment timeline: Applications review May/June; Interviews May/June; Offers June/July.

- This is a 4 month coop opportunity.
How youll succeed
- Technical knowledge Improve your technical expertise as part of small to medium complex projects/initiatives as they relate to the implementation and support of application and/or infrastructure technology in a multiplatform environment
- Process Supporting Evaluate service requests through ServiceNow to ensure adherence to standards and processes. Coordinate and/or execute implementation plans
- Troubleshooting Identify and resolve small to medium complex production problems. Monitor and analyze supported services to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions.
