THE ROLE:
At Apply Digital Engineering Managers are accountable for the success of our engineering talentand for ensuring that talent drives strong outcomes for our clients and our business.
This is a technical team leadership role focused on team effectiveness delivery health and career development. Youll work across multiple initiatives helping engineers stay effective through shifting priorities evolving processes and realworld delivery constraints. When pressure rises youll know when to shield your teamand when to push for more.
Apply Digital partners with globally recognized brands across a wide range of industries designing and building customerfacing platforms tools and experiences. From retail to B2B our projects are diversebut always focused on meaningful digital outcomes.
