Role description:
The SubProgram Coordinator will provide essential support to a SubProgram Manager and Deputy across scheduling document control reporting and communications for a zone or subprogram within one of the biggest infrastructure projects in Ontario. This is a handson coordination role requiring strong organizational and technical support skills.
Role accountabilities:
- Maintain uptodate tracking of deliverables risks RFIs and change requests
- Support onboarding and coordination of subconsultants and internal teams
- Compile weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership and CJV
- Coordinate zone meetings prepare agendas and minutes and track action items
- Assist in early warning submissions scheduling updates and interface logs
- Liaise with the Document Control and Commercial teams for compliance
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a project coordinator or project support role
- Familiarity with ProjectWise SharePoint Aconex and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with large infrastructure or transit projects preferred
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a highpaced multidisciplinary setting

The salary range for this position is $66000 $99000. The base salary represents Arcadis hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors such as location skills experience and qualification for the role.
