Territory Manager Emerging Markets

A bit about the role

We are looking for a Territory Manager Emerging Markets to join our SMB Sales team to assist us in leading our Account Executives through our next phase of growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies within a defined vertical and various industries building customer relationships and coaching all while growing and levelingup a sales team to drive performance. This position reports directly to the VP SMB Sales.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • You have a proven ability to lead and inspire highperforming sales teams with a sharp eye for identifying skill gaps and implementing effective coaching or training programs to close them.

  • You bring 4 years of experience in sales or business development within a SaaS or techdriven environment.

  • You excel in negotiation presentation and building strong client relationships.

  • Youve successfully developed and executed sales strategies that drive measurable results.

  • Youre datadrivencomfortable analyzing metrics to refine performance and uncover new market opportunities.

  • You have a deep understanding of SMB sales motions customer buying behavior and the endtoend sales process.

  • Youre proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce using them for accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

  • Youve contributed to or built sales playbooks that support scalable repeatable success.

  • Youre agile and proactiveready to adapt quickly in a dynamic market landscape.

Bonus if

  • You have experience selling into emerging markets such as warehousing manufacturing financial services property management or hospitality.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Lead a HighPerforming Sales Team
    Coach and motivate Account Executives to exceed targets through regular 1:1s strategy sessions and performance management. Drive a culture of accountability development and results.

  • Grow and Execute Territory Strategy
    Strategically lead territory planning leveraging data to identify highvalue opportunities while fostering crossdepartmental partnerships to successfully develop and expand new vertical markets

  • Enable Consultative ValueBased Selling
    Support your team in leading discoveryled conversations and delivering tailored product demos that connect Solinks value to customer needs.

  • Drive Operational Excellence
    Deliver accurate forecasts monitor pipeline health and align with crossfunctional teams to improve gotomarket execution.

  • Represent Solink in the Field
    Attend trade shows and customer meetings to build pipelines deepen relationships and elevate Solinks brand.
