Were hiring an Engagement Manager on behalf of our client a global leader in digital transformation and customer experience solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team driving innovation and digital strategy across some of the worlds most recognized enterprise brands.
As an Engagement Manager youll lead high-impact consulting engagements focused on customer experience (CX) strategy digital innovation and business transformation. Youll work closely with C-level executives guiding them on how to unlock value and deliver exceptional digital experiences. From discovery and analysis to storytelling and roadmap development youll help shape the future of customer engagement.
Lead strategy engagements across multiple industries with a focus on digital experience (DX)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales marketing and customer success to identify opportunities and support deal progression
Develop strategic roadmaps and value realization frameworks for enterprise customers
Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative analyses: benchmarking value modeling digital journey assessments and more
Present insights and recommendations to senior executives becoming a trusted advisor at the CXO level
Guide and support a team of consultants throughout engagements
Create compelling thought leadership content on digital experience trends and innovation
What Were Looking For
Strong consulting background in digital strategy customer experience or transformation
Proven ability to communicate and influence at the executive level
Experience managing strategic engagements or transformation projects
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
Natural collaborator who thrives in matrixed environments with hybrid/remote teams
Passionate about digital technology and delivering real-world business impact
Comfortable working across industries such as financial services tech retail manufacturing or media
Bonus Points If You Have
Prior experience in a top consulting firm leading technology company or strategic marketing department
Familiarity with digital marketing architecture martech stacks or customer journey tools
Experience in industries like Financial Services Manufacturing Retail & CPG or Travel & Hospitality
An MBA or other advanced degree
