About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Insights Manager to oversee the consistent productivity and quality of outputs delivered by our Insights Philippines Team. This role is pivotal in managing client projects supervising analysts and ensuring best practices in data analysis and reporting while upholding the highest standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive High-Quality Insights & Productivity
Ensure consistent accurate and insightful analysis reports.
Collaborate with Insights Analysts to enhance the structure depth and clarity of reporting.
Implement quality control processes to meet client expectations.
Promote best-practice methodology in data interpretation and visualization.
Align reports with client briefs and Isentias style guide.
2. Project Management
Lead and manage multiple projects to meet client deadlines.
Maintain capacity planning and monitor team workflows.
Create clear project documentation and communicate progress effectively.
Plan schedules to ensure collaboration and review opportunities.
3. Team Supervision & Development
Establish and maintain quality control systems.
Coach and mentor analysts in data visualization writing and presentation skills.
Conduct training workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Monitor workloads support team well-being and manage resource allocation.
Assist in budgeting employee onboarding and administrative support.
4. Client & Internal Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships with clients through reporting and consultation.
Deliver excellent customer service without compromising capacity.
Collaborate with sales and internal teams to support client retention and growth.
5. Contribution to Innovation & Culture
Contribute to product development and cross-team initiatives.
Represent the Insights PH team in regional collaborations and internal forums.
Share knowledge and promote continuous learning across the team.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Academic Background
Bachelors degree in Statistics Media & Communication or related field.
Preferred: Educational background or certifications in Media Research or Market Research.
Technical & Analytical Skills
Strong skills in data interpretation corporate writing and analytical thinking.
Excellent grasp of English grammar and a clear professional writing style.
Proficiency in research techniques and project management principles.
Industry Knowledge
Solid experience managing clients across diverse industries.
Keen interest in news current affairs and a strong understanding of the Philippines media landscape.
Leadership & Strategic Thinking
Proven track record in leading data-driven decisions and translating insights into business strategies.
Capable of influencing stakeholders and leading teams to achieve impactful results.
Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and drive performance through strategic leadership.
Personal Qualities

Technology Proficiency
