We are looking for Functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SC Delivery Supervisors who are looking for an opportunity to advance their career and help support our growing Microsoft Dynamics practice and service our growing base of clients!

Consulting Supervisors are primarily responsible for the successful delivery of client implementation includes project planning project management project governance (Scope schedule budget quality and risks) solution architecture and direct management of implementation teams (on shore and offshore). From requirements gathering to golive consulting Delivery Supervisors lead the implementation team and work closely with client teams and internal RSM support teams to ensure successful implementations and high client addition you will assist in the ongoing improvement of delivery initiatives processes and tools to further enable the future success of RSM led D365 F&SC implementations.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of handson software implementation experience with Microsoft D365 Finance and Supply Chain or previous versions

• Project or Program Manager of at least four full lifecycle Microsoft D365 Finance and Supply Chain implementation projects

• Experience with Microsofts Success by Design framework or similar software implementation methodology

• DevOps and/or Smartsheet

• Understanding of ERP software implementation project life cycles and methodologies

• BS/BA or Masters in Computer Science Business MIS Accounting Engineering or related field

• Deep knowledge in core business processes: Procure to Pay Order to Cash Record to Report Plan to Produce etc

Preferred Qualifications:

• Significant experience in successfully contributing to 4 or more Microsoft D365 F&SC implementations (references will be required)

• Minimum of at least three Microsoft D365 F&SC certifications such as: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Expert or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and contribute to the consulting team as well as the client team as well as develop strong working relationships with clients.

• Relevant handson workrelated experience working in a consulting environment

• Desire to learn grow and exceed both management and client expectations

• Superior organizational writing interpersonal and communication skills attention to details ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• Prior experience working in retail food and beverage life sciences industrial products or government contracting industry desired

• D365 Power Platform implementation experience a plus

• PMP Project Management Professional Certification
