Tasks

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues to endusers.
  • Assist with the setup configuration and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
  • Respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner and document all support interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions.
  • Conduct user training sessions to enhance employees understanding of technology and efficient use of systems.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role preferably within the civil engineering industry.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues across various platforms and systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist users and document support interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
