ABLE Associates is looking for an empathetic and friendly individual to join our dynamic team. As the First Impressions Coordinator in Fall River youll be the welcoming face of our organization greeting visitors with a smile and embodying our mission of We Place You First. Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist all visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Manage incoming calls ensuring everyone is assisted properly
- Set up all new employees on time entry and on boardingexplaining the process
- Process and enter time sheets assuring accurate and smooth payment
- Track weekly employee statistics for recruiters and sales teams
- Manage applicants and input them into our database
Requirements
- Sound professional judgment an exemplary moral compass exceptional personal integrity and high ethical standards.
- Familiar with social media & internet platforms
- Demonstrated customer service skills and situational awareness
- Bilingual English & Spanish required
- 2 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of ATS and CRM systems is a plus

Pay:$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours:40 per week
