Position is first point of contact for customers needing assistance with computers phones and peripherals.
Pay Rate
The hourly range is from $26.51 to $30.19 depending on experience plus full benefits.

- Must possess a valid Colorado drivers license.
- Must complete ICS 100 and ICS 700 within the first year of employment (County provided).
- Must pass CBI background check (County provided).
- CJIS (Criminal Justice Information Services) training and certification (County provided).
- SIDA (Security Identification Display Area) training and certification (County provided).
Qualifications/Education
- Associate Degree from an accredited school in Computer Science (or related field) or a combination of education certifications and experience that County Management deems appropriate.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows desktops Microsoft Office suite Microsoft Active Directory and M365.
- Experience supporting telephones printers cameras microphones cell phones and tablets.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate in English orally and in writing.
- Customer service oriented patient and friendly.
- Able to work under deadlines with interruptions manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work productively under minimal supervision.
- Able to be on-call (in coordination with other IT staff) for emergencies and unusual events.
- Ability to work independently with access to confidential information used to develop and support managerial positions.
