Job Description
As a Project Delivery Coordinator reporting to the Roadmap Manager you will support the coordination and execution of the product development lifecycle. Working closely with crossfunctional teams you will help ensure that project activities are wellorganized deadlines are met and processes follow established standards. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of innovative projects while gaining handson experience in a fastpaced product environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Ownership:
- Take ownership of projects from initiation to delivery ensuring they are completed on time within scope and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain project dashboards and reports in tools like Jira and Confluence to ensure visibility of project status.
- Team Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all projectrelated communications.
- Support communication between product owners/game designers developers math art teams and other stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in meetings taking notes and following up on action items.
- Obstacle Resolution:
- Monitor for impediments and blockers escalate to upper management when necessary and follow up to migration strategies to keep projects on track.
Qualifications :
- 02 years of experience in project coordination product delivery or a similar role within a tech or creative environment. We welcome earlycareer professionals who show strong organization and initiative.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and how digital products are built.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira Confluence Git Excel and willingness to learn quickly.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams and take feedback constructively.
- A proactive solutionssolving mindset with a passion for seeing projects through to completion.
- Ability to stay organized in a fastpaced environment often working on multiple tasks at once.
Preferred Qualifications
- Gaming Industry Experience: Experience in iGaming game development or online entertainment.
