- Ability to communicate effectively and handle pressure.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ecommerce customer care position.
Responsibilities
- Customer line of ecommerce platform.
- Confirming network through phone.
- Website or chat customers.
- Providing accurate answers and resolving customer queries.
- Day management and delivery process monitoring.
- Providing fast and efficient service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills and Abilities:

Basic Computer Knowledge:
- Microsoft Word

Responsibilities & Context
