Senior Consultant Culture & Leadership

  • 1 x full time permanent role and 1 x full time fixed term role until 7 November 2025
  • Geelong office location with flexible hybrid working
  • Offering a competitive base salary of circa $138000 plus super and benefits

About the role

The Senior Consultant Culture & Leadership designs and leads programs and initiatives that drive the TACs transformational journey to a high performing culture where our people are connected to Purpose and are enabled and empowered to deliver for our clients. This role will work cross functionally to deliver strategic organisational development programs encompassing culture values performance leadership and talent management and employee listening.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Culture and Inclusion this role sits in the Culture and Inclusion branch who are collaborative supportive and outcomes focused team. They are committed and passionate about the work they do and the change they lead for the TAC and employees.

What were looking for

Tertiary qualification in HR Organisational Development or related field

Knowledge of and extensive experience in the design implementation and evaluation of people strategies organisation development and culture transformation related projects and programs including:
