Role description:
This multifaceted role will have you working at the heart of our Perth office greeting visitors answering calls and emails assisting with event planning including social club events and providing technical support for room bookings and AV issues. Youll join a closeknit team in Perth and work alongside colleagues from our interstate offices contributing to the smooth running of our workplace. With sustainability at the core of all our projects we will be looking for someone who can help drive sustainability within our office.
Role accountabilities:
Qualifications & Experience:
Youll have experience working in a frontofhouse team within a professional services or hospitality environment. Youre a strong communicator with a professional phone manner and a commitment to exceptional customer service. With solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and a knack for learning workplace IT systems you can prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively. Most importantly you share our passion for improving the quality of life and are excited to contribute to a dynamic workplace.
