About the Opportunity:

St Vincents Private Hospital Toowoomba is the largest acute private hospital on the Darling Downs. We are a 189bed facility with highly experienced and skilled staff that work as a team to deliver the highest standard of healthcare to all our patients. Our services include medical surgical maternity paediatric emergency cardiac and rehabilitation. We are supported by comprehensive allied health services and advanced medical and diagnostic services. Pathology radiology and pharmacy are also available on site and our emergency department is open 24 hours seven days a week.

Join the St Vincents Private Hospital Toowoomba team as an Occupational Therapist in our Allied Health Team. This is a casual position and you will be pivotal in assisting our patients to improve their mobility and their standard of living.

Things that work for us:

  • A current registration with AHPRA

  • Relevant qualifications within the Allied Health sector

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working within a private hospital or acute facility desirable but not essential

  • Strong commitment and professionalism to patient centred care

  • Experience and capability in working within the following clinical areas; cardiac medical and surgical ICU orthopaedics and rehabilitation.

  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Availability to work a variety of shifts including weekdays and weekends.
