Occupational Therapists Grade 1 & 2

Regional Victoria Visa Sponsorship & Relocation Assistance Available

We are seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to join a supportive Allied Health team in regional Victoria. With opportunities available at both Grade 1 and Grade 2 levels these roles are ideal for clinicians who are looking to broaden their clinical expertise and contribute to a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

About the Role

  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services across acute sub-acute rehabilitation and outpatient settings.

  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team including Physiotherapists Speech Pathologists Dietitians Social Workers and Allied Health Assistants.

  • Contribute to service planning quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice.

  • Grade 1: Manage a varied caseload and rotate through different clinical areas.

  • Grade 2: Provide clinical leadership supervision and mentoring to junior staff and students while managing more complex caseloads.

About You

  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)

  • Current registration (or eligibility) with AHPRA

  • Demonstrated clinical experience in acute sub-acute or rehabilitation settings

  • Strong communication teamwork and time management skills

  • Grade 2 applicants: proven experience supervising junior staff/students and managing complex caseloads
